Nice Pair of Victorian Antique Rowing Crew University Pewter Trophy Tankards

This is a fantastic pair of college crew rowing tankard trophies dated 1898 and 1899 for Junior Trial Eights. Great presentation with thick ornate double handle design. The front features the coat of arms and motto of Clare College.The back lists the names of the members of the crew. All the engraving is hand done. Each tankards weights just over 2 pounds, heavy and well made with clear glass bottoms, stamped Munsey Cambridge. Measures 6.75 inches high, 8.25 inches wide, 4.75 inches diameter base. Good condition with light surface wear and a few dents to the rims, no major issues to report that distract from the presentation.
